,,Infinity Nature’’ building will be energy efficient and sustainable building, which refers to the application of processes that are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient. Main goal is to reduce the overall impact on of the built environment on human health and the natural environment. Green building takes advantage of renewable resources, using solar, wind, kinetic and geothermal energy in order to produce electricity.

The complex is an oasis near the city center, beneath the hill our city has gotten its name from, and that will give joy to all of its visitors’ senses: audio (the sounds of the birds), visual (lights and colors), sense of smell (the smell of the garden) and will contribute to the cultural offer of the capital city of Montenegro.
Due to the specificity of the location along the banks of the river Ibar, the entry way from two streets and the size of the parcel itself, the proposed solution is the creation of a large square overlooking the Ibar river and surrounding settlements, below which is the main program of the building with all accompanying premises.

The National Broadcasting House is the focal point of its context. The homeless population is in a state of constant increase in number. Adequate shelter accommodation is in deficit, and the integration of the homeless into society is proving to be unsuccessful. The architect’s task is to develop scenarios that would improve their care.
